Walking with Beautystep ® is comparable to walking barefoot on a sandy beach. Thanks to the specific curvature of the sole, a natural rolling movement of the foot, from the heel to the forefoot, is stimulated and supported. Through that, the walking pattern becomes more dynamic, and the whole extensor sling of the leg musculature (glutaeus maximus, medius and minimus, quadraticeps femoris, gastrocnemius und soleus) is activated. The muscles involved and the connective tissue are strengthened (anti-cellulite) and at the same time varicose veins and leg oedemas are prevented.
Gaps in the toe area of the foot bed stimulate involvement of the short foot musculature. They are responsible for the preservation of the physiological curvature of the foot. Weakening of this group of muscles results in fallen arches that, apart from directly causing foot pain, can also lead to many other symptoms even up to back ache. Das Gehen mit dem Beautystep ® ist dem Bahrfußlaufen über einen Sandstrand vergleichbar. Durch die spezifische Wölbung der Schuhsohle wird die natürlich Abrollbewegung des Fußes von der Ferse bis zum Abdruck mit dem Ballen gefordert und unterstützt. Dadurch wird das Gangbild dynamisch, die gesamte Streckerschlinge der Beinmuskulatur (Mm glutaeus maximus, medius und minimus, M quadriceps femoris, Mm gastrocnemius und soleus) wird stark aktiviert. Die beteiligte Muskulatur und das Bindegewebe werden gestärkt (Anti-Cellulite), und gleichzeitig wird Krampfadern und Ödemen vorgebeugt.
Die Aussparungen im Zehenbereich des Fußbetts fördern den aktiven Einsatz der kurzen Fußmuskulaturen. Sie sind für den Erhalt des physiologischen Fußgewölbes verantwortlich.
